He promised us we wouldn't see another tour van, and he was right! We avoided the volcano because it wasn't erupting, was rainy and cold. Great choice! While every other tour hiked up Kiluea to get rained on, we had a stunning tour through black lava Rock, black sand beaches, and plenty of rainforest like places.

Had a great day out with this company, they are amazing. Fred was amazing and took us off the beaten path and we really enjoyed that. The bus is air conditioned and got good refreshments. He took us to places where some tour companies wouldn't go. We saw lava fields, cliffs, dolphins and water falls. Beautiful black beach from lava formations.

Him and his wife are both very courteous and take good care of their guests. Dont hesitate to book with them.

The Best Tour of Hilo!!!

This was the best adventure my husband and I did while we were in Hawaii! Fred you were amazing and we enjoyed spending our tour with you. He provides snacks, and drinks, which is so accommodating. Akaka Falls was so beautiful to see in person, and the black sand beaches were captivating. Plus, it was a cherry on top to see the sea turtles. Fred was so knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, outstanding, charismatic, and just a stand up guy. Please book this tour, you and your family will enjoy it as much as we did.

Worth It!

Fred was an incredible tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the island and answered all our questions. Unfortunately, we missed the volcano because it wasn’t erupting at the time, but that didn’t dampen Fred’s enthusiasm for making our experience the best possible. At almost every stop, there was a bathroom for us to use. I highly recommend this tour for anyone seeking a truly laid-back and personalized experience.
